Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the Alphabeta platform. Accounts are issued by an administrator at a subscribing organisation, and by using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of that organisation.
2. The service
Alphabeta provides tools for managing policyholder contact records, running voice and SMS outreach campaigns, recording call outcomes and transcripts, tracking claims and onboarding tickets, and scheduling appointments. Features may change as the platform develops.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Accounts must not be shared. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Access is granted by role, and administrators are responsible for granting appropriate access to their staff.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- contact individuals without a lawful basis, or in breach of applicable telemarketing, do-not-call or data protection rules;
- upload data you do not have the right to process;
- send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or fraudulent messages;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its integrations.
You remain responsible for the content of the calls and messages your organisation sends and for obtaining any consent required for them.
5. Customer data
Your organisation retains ownership of the contact records and other data it uploads. We process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you upload.
6. Third-party integrations
The platform connects to third-party services, including telephony and voice AI providers, messaging providers, payment gateways and Google Calendar. Use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Connecting a Google account is optional and can be revoked at any time.
7. Charges and balances
Voice and messaging usage is metered against your organisation’s balance. Campaigns may pause automatically when the balance is insufficient. Top-ups are processed through our payment provider, and amounts charged for usage already delivered are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may affect availability.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as is” basis and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where use of the platform poses a legal or security risk. Your organisation may stop using the platform at any time; on termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The revision date above indicates the most recent change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@alphabeta.com.
